Its worldwide advocacy for project management is supported by globally-recognized standards and credentials, with extensive research program, and with the professional development opportunities.
The knowledge and application that project management can bring educational, cultural and social advancement.Project management is not solely created and developed for business.

PRINCE stands for Projects in Controlled Environments. This was first developed by the UK government in 1989 as the standard approach to IT project management for central government. Ever since, this method has been enhanced to become a generic, best practice approach suitable for the management of all types of projects. This method has a proven record outside both IT and government sectors.
PRINCE2 is recognised as a world-class international product and is the standard method for project management, not least because it embodies many years of good practice in project management and provides a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects. It is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project.
IT Service Management
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of concepts and practices for managing Information Technology (IT) services (ITSM), IT development and IT operations. It is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.
This is the best practice framework that has been drawn from both the public and private sectors internationally. The IT Infrastructure Library originated as a collection of books, each covering a specific practic within IT Service Management.

Quality Management
Our quality guidelines are based on ISO, which stands for International Organization for Standardization. This is the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards. This is a non-government organization that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors.
The ISO 9001:2000. This section represents the international consensus on good quality management practices. It consists of standards and guidelines that relates to quality management systems. This is the standard to keep customers satisfied, the organization needs to meet their requirements.
CMM Model
CMM stands for Capability Maturity Model, developed by SEI (Software Engineering Institute). This was originally developed as a tool for objectively assessing the ability of government contractors’ processes to perform a contracted software project. It is composed of 5 levels of organizational maturity to determine effectiveness in delivering quality software.
Level 1 – Initial (Chaotic); characterized by chaos, periodic panics, and heroic efforts required by individuals to successfully complete projects.
Level 2 – Repeatable; software project tracking, requirements management, realistic planning, and configuration management processes are in place.
Level 3 – Defined; standard software development and maintenance processes are integrated throughout an organization.
Level 4 – Managed; metrics are used to track productivity, processes, and products.
Level 5 – Optimized; the focus is on continuous process improvement.
Business Analysis
Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. The IIBA (International institute of Business Analysis) is an independent non-profit professional association serving the growing the field of Business Analysis.
